“A reverence for native myth, folklore and the natural world has seasoned my more recent work.”

I studied Fine Art Sculpture at the City & Guilds of London Art School, graduating with a First-Class degree. Following my studies, I moved to Cambridgeshire, where I worked as a tutor teaching life modelling and drawing, alongside offering private tuition and undertaking private sculptural commissions.

In 1994, I relocated to Rochester, Kent, and shortly afterwards established my own studio. Since then, I have worked full-time as a professional sculptor, producing a wide range of private and public commissions.

I was elected as an Associate of the Royal Society of British Sculptors (M RBS) in 2001.

My practice focuses on large-scale sculpture, particularly in bronze and stainless steel, materials well-suited to public art and natural settings. I am particularly interested in creating works that respond to their environment and engage with the spaces they inhabit.

I live in Kent with my husband, Paul. We have two sons, Tom and Sid.

"There are so many threads to draw together to achieve a final goal - my creativity is irrelevant if it cannot be translated into the practical. It's also vital to work closely with the client so that I can interpret their vision too."
